To the demands for immediate answers, the On the Edge section of this year’s Athens International Film Festival, reflecting on the theme of the 1st Athens Biennial Destroy Athens, offers aesthetical experiences, poetic destruction and silence. Let ordinary answers rest, peaceful in their slumber. Let them be extraordinary. Let them be unchanging and unattainable. And let their rising be cataclysmic.
